Welcome to the Fall 2017 instance of 110.106 Calculus I (Bio & Soc Sci).  Most of the informational aspects of the course, as well as its logistics will be documented here and in the linked syllabus above.  The prerequisite for this course is a good course and solid knowledge of what we call pre-calculus, consisting of .  In fact, here is a link to the syllabus for our version of pre-calculus, in a course called 110.105 Introduction to Calculus.  I will consider this course the prerequisite for this semester.

As need be, this page and the course homework and syllabus page linked above will be amended to reflect the current focus of the course.  Also, it will be updated regularly with the homework assignments and such.  For now, let's leave it at that.
