Office Hours
- My regular office hours are W 2:30-4 and by appointment.
If you have special
problems be sure to email me at

or call 6-5118 (less sure).
- TA office hours and Help room hours will be posted soon.
Each TA will have one office hour devoted to his section
and two hours for all comers in the Help room.
Math Help Room
The Math Help Room is located in Krieger 213
and is open starting the week of Monday Feb. 5,
Monday through Thursday 9am-9pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
It is staffed by graduate students who should be able
to answer all your questions.

Pilot Learning
In the Hopkins PILOT program, students are organized into study teams
of 6-10 members who meet weekly to work problems
together.
A trained student leader acts as captain and facilitates the meetings.
The program is run by Ms Ariane Kelly.

The Learning Den
The Learning Den offers free small group tutoring in Gilman Hall.

There are tutoring groups Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays.
The program is run by Ms Hope Fisher.
MIT Open Courseware (OCW)
MIT has invested millions of dollars and lots of effort
in making available to the
public complete course materials
for
independent study including lecture video,
recitation videos,
examples and exercises.
Fortunately for you,
there is terrific material for Multivariable calculus.

It includes fantasic video lectures by Professor Denis Auroux
from
his course Math 18.02 given in Fall 2007.

University of Minnesota Multivariable and Vector Calculus Online Readings
The Mathematics department at UMN teaches more or less the same course as we do
using Marsden/Tromba but has a computer lab requirement. Here is a nice set of notes
and examples (with interactive computer graphics) developed by Professor Duane Q. Nykamp.
