Dear Math Club leaders or mathematics teachers,

 We are truly sorry for leaving off pertinent information on the Official Registration Form in the last mailing. The registration fee is $5 per student. Apparently, this information was cut off in the registration packet. The registration fee of $5 per student will go towards our expenditures of purchasing awards, making copies, and providing lunch for the students. Thus, please enclose a check made payable to “JHU Math Club” with a payment of $5 per student in attendance. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and hope that you will return the registration materials and fees to us at the address below by March 10, 1999.
