Johns Hopkins University’s 3rd Annual High School Math Tournament
April 21, 2001


All schools are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to be on the Homewood campus by 8:30 AM in order that the schedule is adhered to as strictly as possible.

8:30 – 9:15  Registration

  • Location: Mudd Hall Room 26 (auditorium in basement)


    • 9:15 – 9:45      Welcoming by tournament directors with general information

  • Location: Mudd Hall Room 26 (auditorium in basement)


    • 10:00 – 10:50 Individual test

  • Location: Bloomberg Hall's Schaefler Auditorium

    •  
    11:00 – 11:50  Intra-School test
  • Location: Gilman basement rooms (assignments will be made the morning of the tournament)

    •  
    12:00 – 1:15  Lunch Break
  • Pizza, drinks, and snacks will be served from the Breezeway between Krieger and Ames Halls

    •  
    1:30 – 3:00      Math Scavenger Hunt
  • Location: Upper (Gilman and MSE Library) and Lower (Engineering) quadrangles

    •  
    3:30 – 4:00    Awards Ceremony
  • Location: Mudd Hall Room 26 (auditorium in basement)


    • The JHU Registrar’s Office will confirm room assignments for the Math Club by March 2001, and we will mail your school this schedule with finalized room information in mid-March once we receive your Official Registration Form and payment.
