This is a personal note for using the JHConnect service under linux. It is tested under a Gentoo AMD64 machine
with a 2.6.31-kernel( gentoo patched ). But hopefully you can try it on other distributions.
After you try the JHConnect through my.johnshopkins.edu(99% you would fail to launch it, 1% you would have no idea what happened), look into your ~/.juniper_network directory, there
should be a jar file caled ncLinuxApp.jar. Try to
jar xf ncLinuxApp.jar
