Course Policy

You are expected to attend lectures and discussion sections regularly. This course covers a lot of material over the semester. You should read the book and do all the homework problems. The exams and the quizzes will have problems similar to the ones on the homework.
All the relevant information for this class will be posted on the class webpage.
Make sure you check the page regulary for updates. Grades and discussion board for this class can be accessed via WebCT . You are welcome to ask questions during the class, recitation section and office hours.

Discussion Sections

You are expected to attend your discussion sections regular. During this hour, you ask your TA to work out problems similar to your homework, ask your TA to go over sections which you found difficult, etc. Graded homeworks will be returned to you during your discussion sections.

Students with Special Needs

Students with documented special needs that require accommodation must register with the Office of Academic Advising. After that, remind me of your needs at least five days prior to each exam; we will need to have received confirmation from Academic Advising.
