HOMEWORK: Homework will be due at the beginning of lecture every Monday. Late homework will not be accepted. Collaboration on homework is encouraged; however, each student must write his or her own solutions.

When doing homework, make sure to SHOW ALL WORK. Points will be deducted if there is no work, even if the answer is correct.
EXAMS: All exams will be closed book and calculator-free. Midterms will be on Oct. 17 and Nov. 14. The final will be held on Dec. 15 at 9 a.m. Makeup exams will be given only in exceptional circumstances (with valid documentation).
ACADEMIC DISHONESTY: I have zero tolerance for academic dishonesty. Cheating of any kind will be prosecuted to the fullest extent in accordance with university policy.
GRADING: The grading distribution will be 15% homework, 25% for each midterm, and 35% final exam.
